I love ordering from Botan, the food is consistent and reliable, tasty every time. Today I ordered some kimchi and rice to unlock a deal and I was impressed by the portions on both so I included a picture for reference. The kimchi was super spicy and covered in the thick red sauce, it seems house made maybe? Overall 10/10 as always.

Excellent as always. The choices of broth and toppings are plentiful. I really like the pork belly, crispy and not too fatty. The Kani Mama is amazing. Next time I will order additional broth... so good

the wings weren't crispy and the sauce spilled everywhere, they are also very expensive for 5 pieces. i heavily reccomend the ramen though. extremely customizable and the pork belly is delicious. get spicy broth for more flavor!

we ordered the vegetarian ramen good portions, packaged for travel. veg ramen was too seaweedy. Byo ramen was good a bit salty. also generous portions and packaged well. spring rolls were decent. Broths were not marked and weren't confident in which one was vegetarian, if any. Gave 4 stars because it was quick, tasty, packaged well and we got a reusable shopping bag.

Quality is definitely going down. The Chashu Don is now mostly all rice with a thin layer of meat on top; barely any juice from the meat too. They were not like this in the past. If you like plain rice with a tiny bit of meat for more money than ever, go for the Chashu Don ...
