• 14/03/25Ordered a BYO Salad Bowl (Includes 5 Toppings) here for the first time for a quick healthy lunch, and lemme tell you this blew my expectations straight outta the water. The Be Green Smoothie was the perfect consistency, and the best part you could taste the actual fruit not fake manufactured liquids like everywhere else

• 13/08/26their value is ok for what you get, quality seems good. but healthy food doesn't have to be bland. I'm pretty sure they don't have any seasoning in their pantry; the chicken isn't even salted. not one flake. they let their sauces do all the work. This is maybe a nitpick, but they didn't wash the chickpeas from the can so mine were snotty in texture.

• 30/07/25Food was decent. By far the smallest portion size of any of the bowl places. I eat bowls most days. This is half the size of the competitors at the same price.

• 19/03/26Bowled has reduced the size of the small salad. This is not worth the price and I will not order again. 2 cherry tomatoes chopped

• 10/02/25Salmon tasted a bit funky but the rest of the Protein Bowl was really good, it had a nice balance. I ordered a regular bowl with romaine, croutons, cucumbers, hard boiled egg, strawberries, bacon bits, smoked salmon with no dressing & dry tossed
