We love Bravos! Smothered in cheese, amazing sauce so many toppings! Hoping they can figure out how to  keep the crust crispy through delivery as the heat/condensation makes it soft.

I order from Bravo often, and it's very good. Tonight though, I placed an order and they subbed pepperoni with salami, apparently they were out of pepperoni. I noticed after the fact Door Dash sent an email indicating the store chose the substitution. The salami was just ok, it would have been nice to get an actual call letting me know the circumstance and asking my preference for a substitution.

Usually pizza is good here. Ordered a 10 inch and the cheese was overcooked and crispy. Last time I order here I think. Expensive pizza should be consistent.

I'm very disappointed that I ordered an XL pizza and a Medium was delivered as it was substituted as the XL is listed as out of stock... the order should have been cancelled or 2 mediums sent. There isn't enough food so now I have to order from another pizza place. Very bad service
