Truly my favorite restaurant in town. I would drive to Dallas for food like this, but thanks to Brew I dont have to!!!! The truffle parmesean fries are perfectly rich, and the adult sliders are one of the best things ive ever eaten. If you're on the rails about trying this place, just do it. you will be glad you did.

Ordered the The Brewhouse Burger with a side salad, and the Cajun Fries.
I'll lead off with the fact that the salad was delicious. Big, with lots of arugula, grape tomatoes, and pickled onions. The homemade salad dressing was great. It really was a great salad.
The burger was OK. I ordered it medium rare, and what I got was well done, so that was disappointing. Everything else about it seemed great, but it's hard to get over a horribly overcooked burger. I would be willing to give them another shot on the burger.
The Cajun Fries : I don't usually like Cajun fries, but these were described as having garlic Parmesan seasoning, so I thought I'd give them a shot. Instead, they arrive absolutely covered in some red pepper and paprika seasoning. They managed to be half soggy and half burnt to a crisp. I may have had worse French fries at some point in my life, but, thankfully, I don't remember them. These were absolutely disgusting. Skip the fries.

Burgers are delicious, only con was that I ordered it well done and it is very clearly pink. Fries are delicious but I bet they would be better eating them fresh at the restaurant. Cheese bites taste like any other places. I would skip those on our next order.

Great tasting burgers, probably best in town, if only could get it on a jalapeno bun!

Their food is delicious. The Brewhouse & the Caesar Salad might be the best in town. I highly recommend trying it out!
