There was an issue with the order half our wings were missing, but Will (believe he is a manager) reached out to door dash personally to ensure we received a refund and when I called the restaurant he was so amazing and made sure we were taken care of when I reorderd he made sure my wings were delicious and hot! Amazing customer service and friendly staff!

Would not order again. Sauces were bland,wings barely seasond and barely above being frozen. Portion size was good for 3 adults and 2 kids but I would have better results going with frozen nuggets or worse McDonalds Nuggets.

I've pretty much lost my faith in BWW. Half of the Traditional Wings weren't seasoned, and the other half was halfway seasoned. Also i bought fries for nearly $6 and it was the equivalent to a small from McDonalds, but 6x the price.

The $6 fries I ordered were cold and stale. Portion size was incredibly bad almost as if they forgot the other half. Won't be dashing this item again.

It was hard as a rock and was very spicy. I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Was not able to eat it but maybe 1/4 of it
