The food was amazing today! The Nachos were loaded up and The Garlic Parm wings had lots of sauce!!

Burger was top notch, but they really skimped on the sides which was a bit disappointing. I paid extra to get onion rings instead of fries and I only got about 4 onion rings. The food was nice and warm, they included napkins, silverware, and sauces. Overall happy with the food.

There was a bunch of nachos with almost no toppings. only 3 mozzarella sticks to share? and a small amount of chicken as well. the House Sampler isn't worth the money. you don't get enough of anything to share between two people except the nachos and again, that has no toppings. Very disappointed

The Desert Heat® (Dry Seasoning) were open and all over everything. I couldn't use it, I couldn't eat the Carrots & Celery because it was slimy, brown and covered in the dry rub. The ranch was covered in it too. They forgot to put in the French fries. The Ghirardelli Chocolate Chunk Brownie was almost frozen so I could only try to warm it in the microwave. By the time the middle was somewhat warm, the outside was dried and overdone. It was expensive and I expect much better. My family loves BWW so this is a big disappointment.

The Chocolate Fudge Cake tasted VERY rich and literally inedible. Almost had a funky flavor that one bite I had to spit out. The Burgers, were delicious. But I suggest getting the tots instead of fries cuz they don't go badly quickly like the fries. I'd order from them again, but not the cake. Absolutely awful. Customer service was great though and the food came out quickly. Primary complaint, the cake was just AWFUL.
