Overall have been impressed. Orders are correct, food typically arrives warm and is tasty. It seems like the Traditional Wings are getting smaller and smaller, but still satisfying. I enjoy the sweet and heat that comes with a combination of some Asian Zing wings and others with Thai Curry. Try some extra sauce (mango habanero for even more spice!) on the side and use the Everything Pretzel Knots to soak it up alongside the wings!

This location is poorly staffed, with food haphazardly thrown together. My Naked Tenders® weren't seasoned with the sauce requested, on top of just being... tiny chunks of chicken. Disappointing. Mac, congealed and cold. Food took 25 minutes longer than the ETA projected. Low key waste of time and money, this place needs better mgmt. Quality is lacking, to say the least.

The quality has gone down. The wings used to be large and juicy, now they are tiny and overcooked, dry and hard. I ordered and paid for 20, and got 17 this time. I thought it was a fluke but after a couple of bad experiences, I'm skipping BWW.

I ordered 2 Ultimate Nachos paid extra for chicken on both. I have ordered this item multiple times. What I received was pathetic, $14 for a box full of chips, hardly any toppings, not one piece of chicken on either one. Only thing was some gummy queso stuck to the bottom. And ordered no jalapeños on one and both came with it! Extremely disappointed.

They forgot all the sauce for my order and did not include silverware. I also do not think I got a great deal as there are 5 onion rings in my order and I paid $8 for them.
