It would be nice if we received everything we ordered and paid for. I even called the store to tell them to make sure I received everything I ordered. It didn't work. Everything was cold. The fries were so bad, we threw them away; the wedges were okay. The naked tenders were about the size of McNuggets. The mild wings were spicy and pasty, no flavor. Honestly, I prefer Pizza Hut mild wings.

To start withI ordered the Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet,I expected ice cream even if it was melting. I pretty much overpaid for a cookie. Then on my Southwestern Black Bean Burger I bit down on parchment that the cheese still had.

My husband loves BWW...I give it a chance every time we get it. My order always has something wrong w/ it. I honestly don't think I've ever had 1 good order from any BWW. I usually order the classic chicken wrap w/ some kind of sauce w/ no tomatoes. It either has weird, tough chicken, barely any sauce or a ton of tomatoes...not good. The chips and dip trio is alright...if you like pico....be prepared, it's crammed into every dish. There should be an option to not have it on anything...bc it's super bitter. Fried pickles were typical out of the bag frozen and fried but were decent. Of course my husband said the wings were pretty good, a little tough but had plenty of sauce and flavor. Pretty spicy for mild. The ranch could use some improvement. Idk what happened to Buffalo Wild Wings, but years ago it used to be so much better than these last few years...

The size of the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich was less than half of what it normally was and costed the same price.
