Fiery Chicken Fries were the soggiest chicken I've ever had in my life. requested dipping sauces not included. Fiery Mozzarella Fries were on point! crispy crust with a nice subtle kick and gooey mozzarella.

Bottom buns are partially hard. It was thrown together sloppy. Food is cold it took them over a hour to even prepare my order. Everyone knows cold fast food fries are just no good. Smh I will never order from this location downtown again!! Can't even eat the bun it's to hard.

Everything is perfect; good taste, arrived warm, and is exactly what I ordered! I've had issues in the past with this specific store messing up my order (wrong condiments, wrong or missing items, that kind of thing) so I can't say at this time that they're consistent, but I'm very pleased with my order today!
