I ordered a HERSHEY'S® Sundae but got a Hershey's Pie instead. That's okay though. What the restaurant didn't do, the Door Dash Delivery person made up for in excellent communication and energy. However it's Christmas and the workers should've been at home with their family but instead are hard at work. And to be honest, I enjoyed the pie so much that I'm actually grateful I didn't receive my Sundae as ordered. We are ALL human. I also got a Low Carb Whopper which came without a bun. I have my own Keto Buns so it still was great. And the Chicken Nuggets, couldn't tell ya how they tasted because they're not Keto friendly and went to my dog for a Christmas treat. So still rating a 5/5!

no whip, no crumbles. one was about an inch from being full. otherwise, really rich and flavor was amazing.

Multiple times ive ordered from BK and they always screw up my order. Today was no different. I ordered a whopper with cheese meal and instead received an impossible whopper without cheese. ... I paid extra cheese too

It’s hard to eat food when your order wasn’t sealed properly. Not sure what happened but it’s uncomfortable to eat food when you’re not sure what happened to it.
