I swear that was the best spicy chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. So crispy and hot and fresh omg I want another one.. and they always give me my extra pickles.

I usually have great experiences with this store but the salad I received this evening was lacking quite a bit. A couple slivers of tomato, couple very small pieces of bacon and lacking a lot of lettuce. I don't know if this is the normal amount but this order was about 60% of what has normally come in the salad.

My French toast sticks and hash browns were undercooked and the bacon on my croissant breakfast sandwich was basically raw

food was cold, large fry container only half full, received a small iced coffee instead of the large that I ordered, no napkins.. Not impressed with BK today.

Original Chicken Sandwich was on a sesame burger bun lol. I wish they would have communicated they were out of the right bread. It was also smothered in mayo! Gross.
