Loaded Jalapeño Whopper® 1st time out of the 4 times I've had this sandwich that I have a complaint. The sandwich was very dry no sauce at all. Ordered while at work so unfortunately no condiments to fix it.

I’m extremely disappointed with the meal I received. It felt like no care went into preparing the food or drink. I ordered a large Whopper meal with fries and a sweet tea, but the tea had no sugar and tasted terrible. The fries were overly salty, and the burger was bland and unappealing. Also missing a straw too. The overall quality of service and food needs serious improvement.

Meal tasted burnt. Onions were slimy and stringy. Nothing I've ever had before. I'm pissed I spent my money. And my milkshake was liquid I'm big on texture so pretty dissatisfied and disappointed overall.

The burger and the tots were very dry.Not sure what type of cheese was supposed to be in the tots but it had a texture of powder cheese!
