Impossible™ Whopper Meal2 Chocolate Chip Cookies My dasher was fantastic! Many times they don't read the instructions and leave my food on the ground. I HATE that. He handled my food with care, placed it where instructions indicated, and took a really great photo. The food was fresh and had no signs of being tampered with. There were no loose hairs in my fries (i know, eww, but it happens at another BK). The temperature was right for the distance, and the delivery was immediate after I placed the order and the restaurant confirmed. My only complaint is that the cookies were hard and obviously not fresh. Otherwise, I am a happy customer today.

They forgot part of our order. This has happened the last several times we've ordered from them. It's becoming frustrating that they cannot double check and make sure everything is in the bag that we paid for.

Mozzarella Fries this is not cheese in the mozzarella fries. only 2 of the 8 had cheese. and these were for my children. I dont know what this is at all.

They don't pay attention or just plain lazy about making the correct order asked for onion ring they didn't add it
