The chicken itself was good but the batter was not good. It was bitter like it was fried in dirty oil, idk. Plus the special sauce was left off of both sandwiches. The bun was really good and fresh. Disappointed. They have always been my favorite item at bk.

Not the best food in the world but you get a lot of it for the price.

I ordered 2 of the royal crispy chicken sandwiches and they were decently big and tasted wonderful I would order them again

Didn't give me the HERSHEY'S® Sundae Pie cake I ordered, didn't give me the Have-sies™ and instead gave just fries, the 8 Pc. Chicken Fries were soggy, and the burger just look smashed together. What is up with the night staff? Extremely disappointed.
