• 25/10/24I had a large coke with my order, the drink was not sealed properly for delivery and the coke tasted like there was no syrup in the machine when made.

• 25/02/26This was the first time I've been disappointed With Southside BK. I ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers, with fries, and sweet tea. The burgers had no bacon. I ordered one plain, but it had mustard and ketchup. The fries were old, half-full, and burnt. I didn't receive my tea. No drink at all. I was especially disappointed, because my Dasher waited there for 15 minutes. I won't be ordering from there again.
