• 15/10/23I love love love the BK Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich. Their fries are good, too. But, I recommend passing on the onion rings - Sonic's are far better. Wish I could order a diet soda here. We often choose other restaurants because of the lack of being able to choose a drink other than sugary sodas.

• 3/12/24The buns were dry and hard as if they had been in freezer too long. The fries and onion rings in the halvsees were gross. Dark with grease over all and way too much salt. Nothing tasted fresh including the rock hard cookies. When the food is fresh it's pretty good but this was terrible.

• 19/08/23I ordered the Whopper® Meal. All it had on it was 2 little onion slivers and 2 small, soggy tomatoes. There was a very small drop of ketchup. Not enough to even taste. Very disappointed in the quality.

• 21/10/24I'm revising my initial review of the BK Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich. My husband ordered our Sunday meal for delivery and I was glad he wanted BK. My excitement was short lived. Quality has taken a complete nosedive. The chicken was just a thin, overcooked slab of chicken-ish meat, whereas before it was a real chicken breast. The bun was wet on one side and crusty stale on the other. Not much in the way of lettuce to speak of, and no sauce. I'm not likely to reorder from this store, and I'll ask my husband to reconsider if he thinks about another BK purchase.
