No tater tots. Given jalapeño poppers instead. They were ok. Fries cold had to reheat in microwave. Jalapeño sandwich not spicy enough but was a good size. The big fish sandwich was ok but very plain. Definitely not worth almost seven dollars.

The chocolate shake was not mixed up. All the chocolate was at the bottom. The chicken sandwich was just a chicken sandwich no lettuce no mayo I asked for it to be cut in half and I got a whole sandwich. I ordered the mozzarella fries and they were supposed to be four and I got three I hope this isn't how you treat every customer.

Ordered two Original Chicken Sandwich Meal s with shakes. Shakes were inside the bag with the hot food and were melted. The Grogu shake had no toppings that it was supposed to have. Sandwiches had very little condiments (one had mayo the size of a dime on one end of the sandwich) and almost no toppings, even though I paid for extra. Mozzarella sticks were burned to the point of being inedible and the fries with the other meal were cold and hard. It's BK - not expecting a five star meal - but I do expect it to be made to the specifications your restaurant franchise expects and that it includes what I've paid for. DD VERY generously compensated me for what was not at all their fault.

The fries were cold and half empty. The burger tasted bland and it was like eating cardboard. The nuggets were okay though
