• 6/07/24the CEO burger was disappointing. It felt and tasted compressed and did not have the flavor expected considering the ingredients. The shakes were delicious, but at $8.15 each, the size was a little disappointing

• 9/02/26Well there are about 5 selections of fries! So I picked urban hoping that was typical fries. It was not - it was soooo salty.
Also we wanted a burger without cheese. This became difficult so I ordered cheeseburger and scraped their cheese off and put our cheese on. The burger and toppings were good.

• 3/02/26Oreo milkshake was missing from order. I called Burgefi and spoken to worker who verified the oreo milshake was made and delivered to the driver. So, either the driver forgot to give it or kept it. Also, the ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER does not look anything like pic. Not worth the price.
