This is by far our favourite restaurant in Hamilton. Every dish we've had so far is a winner. Absolutely try the Szechuan noodle bowl, it's literally in the name. Next level. This place is the gnar gnar!

The duck had bones through out, having seen that before no biggie, problem they were shards that looked like knives or spears, wee bit dangerous I would hazard a guess the meal was 65% bone and 35% meat. So not a winner flavours were very inconsistent.
Wonton and chilli pastry on wontons was like rubber dipping sauce was boring, flavour was boring.
So disappointing after such a great first order

The quality of meat was...not so good. It was tough, not tender. I feel as though when I order on Fantuan, the quality of meat is better. Lesson learned: order chinese food on Fantuan.

Flavours were on point, plus the proteins in both E21. 葱爆 牛肉 / Sautéed Beef with Pepper and Onion and A03. 順 椿 原 米綫 House Special Rice Vermicelli Spicy,Non spicy were very tender!
