I’ve ordered this Breakfast Burrito enough times to know how good it can be, which is why the inconsistency is so frustrating.
When it’s made right, it’s excellent. The flavors are balanced, the bacon is cooked properly, the portion is generous, and the salsa verde brings everything together. Honestly, the salsa verde is what makes the whole burrito.
The problem is that the experience varies wildly from order to order. Sometimes the bacon is perfectly cooked, and other times it’s chewy, overly fatty, and difficult to enjoy. There have also been multiple occasions where the salsa verde wasn’t included at all, which completely changes the burrito and leaves it feeling bland and incomplete.
The portion size is equally inconsistent. One order feels substantial and worth the price, while the next feels noticeably smaller.
I keep coming back because I’ve had some truly great versions of this burrito, but as a regular customer, I wish there was more consistency in the preparation and quality control. I’d rather have a reliably good burrito every time than occasionally get a great one and occasionally get a disappointing one.

Received a container of mostly sauce. Very few chips, very few beans had to pay extra for one egg. For $18 I wouldn't order again.
