Picked up a coffee and two sandwiches. I didn't have a flat lid on my Iced Latte or any covering on it so my entire bag/ sandwiches were soaked with my iced latte. I stopped into the Cafe Nero on Center Plaza and they saved the day! The kindest man remade my drink / got my order ready to go! Thank you!

The order was put off to the side not in a pickup spot. The baristas seemed overwhelmed and even though the order was complete I I had to wait in line of 6 people to find out where the order was or if it was complete.
Cookie I requested was not correct and they didn't acknowledge that up front when I checked in on the order.
Just a little disappointed today
Food was good though
