As usual the chicken tenders was nice & tender thoroughly cooked & moist the fries were hot & crispy and the cole slaw was good & fresh

The chicken was soft and soggy, they crammed 20 whole wings into a small container. The family fry was half full and also cold. I think they gave me old food.

the mac and cheese was ice-cold and they gave me the wrong sides. The fish had absolutely no seasoning on it and was very bland. The only thing that was decent was the 3 got wings. What a waste of almost $40

Extremely small wings not worth the price your basically paying for the fish thats not even the big at that im from Texas so yeah this was a big disappointment after hearing family talk about this places years ago

Food is good, but I didn't get the coleslaw or the sauce I paid for, and they skimped on the fries. There was maybe a dozen in the box. That doesn't happen when I do pick up. Disappointed at this lack of quality control. Don't feel like I got what I paid for, since I literally didn't.
