The soda was flat, I asked for crispy fries and they were cooked "just enough". The patty tasted bland and the bun was somehow soggy. I've ordered this burger from other locations and the buns has never been like that. This is probably the third or fourth time I get food from this location and it'll be the last.

The Double Tri-Tip Burger Combo is not a worthwhile meal. It is just meat and bun, and the beef is tasteless. The portion size is also underwhelming, and while I wouldn't order it again, it just didn't hit the freshness scale for me. It tasted like meat, not beef and def not tri tip. Fries were tasty tho. Not worth the premium price at all.

This was ordered with extra jalapeño poppers and it only came with 3. Only a drop of sauce. Very dry and dissatisfying.
