Burgers were poorly put together, the bread was folded, and the sauce was all over the top of the bun. The drinks tasted horrible, like the mix is off. The fries smelled like cinnamon. Also only got 2 napkin. The food was fine, just messy and no way to clean the mess. Not worth the money.

The Western Bacon Cheese Burger is the best there is. Their onion rings are top notch, too! I don't order fries from anywhere anymore because they are always cold! Onion Rings are warmer in temp. These were very crunchy, tasty & not greasy at all! Carl's Junior has the very best burgers of any restaurants or Fast Food! I love that the beef patties are grilled & the meat is of a high quality. I do prefer the double Western Burger, however it's too much food for me to comfortably eat. Next time I'll order the Double Western Combo, cut it in half, reheat the 2nd half in my microwave & eat that in the evening. Carl's Jr. is the best!

I was disappointed with the Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken™ Sandwich - they did not add the tomatoes i ordered, there was two slices of lettuce and it was soggy. The habanero El Diablo Loaded Fries did not have much topping on them. Not worth the cost. The Single Western Bacon Cheeseburger®was ordered with extra bbq sauce but there wasn't any. Overall disappointing order.

California classic double cheeseburger was bland. Onion rings were overcooked and onion inside was burnt. Asked for silverware to be included but it wasnt. The only thing decent was the kids meal. ._. Will not order from here again.
