The drink packaging is unacceptable and unhygienic. There are foods and beverages safety standards for packaging, and the drink doesn't meet them. It could easily be contaminated during delivery. Please do better.

Overall quality was there but the flavor just isn't the same as it used to be... lacking that signature quality bite of meat with the tang of the bbq sauce.

Ordered ham and bacon (no ham) bread not grilled, no strawberry jam included as ordered, hashrounds tasted like a fish fillet and old grease
