Quesabirria (Crispy) was buckwild. Indulgent and flavorful and just so so good. Also tested the bf's Burrito Al Pastor and it was equally incredible. I ate two of the quesabirria pieces and was immediately full. Already looking forward to these leftovers and I just finished my first round lol.

the Chips & Queso Dip is amazing, especially with the red salsa, I always wish I had more Chips.
the Burrito Pollo is amazing grilled. I never get green salsa cause I hate avocado, but it's never bad!

The Quesadilla Asada was so filling! I could only eat 1.5 pieces but the flavor was great. The guacamole tasted like a verde mixed guacamole but was really good. Rice and beans were also flavorful

Carmelo's never disappoints. Always fresh, gives me the flavor I miss from restaurants like theirs back home in California. I love the mix of cactus and potatoes with beans and onion. Chips are always fresh and the guacamole 😋. If you are wanting authentic food order from Carmelo's.
