First time ordering and was not dissapointed. Had the Half Rack Slow-Roasted Carolina Baby Back Ribs with Cole slaw and fries with a side order of the Side of Onion Strings. First, the meat on the ribs was falling off the bone with the sauce being just enough and not over powering. The fries were the best ever and the onion strings were perfect. The Cole slaw was delicious. Portion size was perfect and pricing reasonable. Definitely ordering again.

This is normally one of our favorite places! Tonight was a disappointment, though. The Artisan 5-Cheese Spinach Dip package was filled only 1/2 way, yet we received two styrofoam containers of pita slices. The Shrimp 2 Island Tacos were sloppy. We ended up eating them with a knife and fork. Definitely not the quality we have come to expect from Carolina Ale House.

Overall, salad was ok, but disappointed in the size of the regular sized salad. Paid $5 extra to add chicken that looked like 1 small chicken strip cut into 2 pieces. Total was $15 for salad.. with tip $22ish.

Wings had less flavor than the picture, only saving grace was knowing my crispy onion strings didn't come out of the bowl of fries I watched multiple servers come and make them selves a snack out of. Grilled wings need to go on the grill, wings shouldn't be that pale.

This place has really gone downhill in the last couple years. Wouldn't have ordered if there were more late night places open. Buffalo Chicken Wrap was soggy & over sauced. Only a few of the fries were edible. Chicken Breast Tenders were salty & small. Gross cole slaw that tasted like grass.
