Had Chinese food all over the U.S. and Chan's is on par with the best of them. Pork Egg Roll is top shelf

The Singapore mei fun was excellent. Flavorful, with plenty of meat. I'll make that a regular order. I wasn't as impressed with the egg rolls. They were skimpy on the filling and not particularly tasty. Still, overall , I was impressed.

Chans is BY FAR the best General Tso's Chicken - They always take extra care when packaging our order. Not messy like some of the other places. It's ALWAYS delicious. When we go pick up they're always so friendly! Highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could.

The flavor was phenomenal, the portions were large enough for two meals per person. we got the chicken with black bean sauce, bourbon chicken combo, and a few other things. my absolute favorite was the house special soup. Had a little bit of everything and plenty of vegetables as well.

Well, one could tell that the regular cook/chef was not in. The chicken noodle soup was made with Beef broth, we know what the color of the chicken soup was before each time- until now. Definitely NOT chicken broth. It was edible, just not chicken broth that we were expecting like a few times before that was sooo delicious. The orange beef had a good flavor- 1st time we tried this. It was supposed to have a batter then deep fried, then glazed in the orange sauce. It was in strings of beef that was quite a bit tough really, not tender morsels. I don't believe the price justifies the product on this Orange Beef. The pork with mushrooms were different too. The 'shrooms were tiny and toothy, not like the Shrimp with mushrooms, which were very good sized mushrooms and quite tasty and tender! The pork were thin slabs that got cold really fast. Just okay. The sauce was good tho. The shrimp egg rolls were quite good. Enjoyed those two ordered. The dumplings also got cold quickly, seems they stayed warmer... longer before. Not sure what happened. We turn off the A/C when we eat, especially so that our foods do not get cold too fast. Overall, we would have been a bit more satisfied if we were charged appropriately, like $20.00- $30.00 less. Wish we knew when the usual cook/chef was in...we'd have enjoyed it much more I'm sure. Think they were in a whirlwind hurry on a Monday? We'll have to try again on a non Monday.
