The food is excellent! Some of the best that I have had in the city. Craig is doing an exceptional job. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were large. I appreciated that. I also ordered a beef patty which was great!
I am looking forward to my next visit.

So good! As a Houston native with Caribbean roots this is it! Wow, wow wow!! I judge a Jamaican spot by the jerk chicken and the flavor is perfect. I also tried the oxtails, they were so delicious. Excellent !

The dry fry fish was excellent - the fish itself tasted fresh,it was seasoned well, and cooked like someone had mastered the basics of properly cooked food . The natural flavor of the fish was enhanced by the seasoning and proper cooking technique !
The rice was flavored well and properly cooked - each grain seperate and properly moist and neither over or undercooked.
The side of vegetables was also cooked abd seasoned well ! Many places dump alot of powders or even sugar in vegetables and don't use fresh vegetables and/or overcook them! Many places use Sazon or Adobo and that cumin flavor ruins the flavor.
The vinegar sauce served as a side to the fish had fresh carrots, onions, bell peppers vinegar and allspice berries - again the vegetables were fresh !
I have not had such a good Jamacial meal in Houston in DECADES !!!!
I would say from judging the dry fry fish, this is the best Jamaican food in Houston !
I hope they continue to use quality, fresh ingredients, seasonings and proper cooking techniques !!!

Everything is ALWAYS SOOOOO VERY GOOD and ALWAYS FRESH!!! This is my FAVORITE restaurant in Houston. I've tried lots of other Jamaican restaurants, and none of them are better than Chantilly!! The curry snapper Whole Snapper Fish Steamed and Jerk Chicken are my FAVORITE!!!

10/10 best Caribbean food I've had since Jamaica ! The taste is authentic and great , food is fresh and they give big portions . I would forsure order again. I got the Jerk Wings Meal( Friday and Saturday ONLY)
