• 23/06/24Salt Caramel Roasted Milk Tea was delicious, Thai Milk Tea was good, but was a bit watery and the tapioca pearls were all stuck together and some didn't have the greatest texture.

• 3/02/23They were out of pearls and tried to call me to let me know. I missed their calls, so they substituted with a different topping that complemented the drink, and left a nice note on the cup letting me know. Great customer service!

• 27/10/22hazelnut milk tea was meh, I got with original pearls. Tea itself doesn't have much flavor. Perhaps with another type of topping or a combo it could be better.
