• 27/04/22couldn't really taste the brown sugar from the brown sugar pearl (topping). It tasted like normal tapioca. Also, it said buy 1 get 1 for pearl milk tea and so I ordered. I didn't get the free one, and the promo for it disappeared from Doordarsh app 30 min after ordering.

• 24/03/23I ordered less ice with 80% sugar. But the taste I got is too bland. I think they either added very little milk tea powder or very less sugar.
