I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of food I received from checkers on 09/24/2025 my food was not fresh and the fries and chicken bites were very old. The taste of the fries and Half-Pound* Chicken Bites Combo was horrible I definitely would not order again

The wings were good but the customer service was terrible! I ordered pickup and got to the location about 15 minutes after I ordered. I don't know how many times the workers walked pass the window and literally looked me in my face but didn't come to the window. When someone finally did they didn't greet me just stuck a bag out the window!

My order was incomplete by the store. I received a sealed bag, missing items and I was charged full price without refund for missing item.

their food is best as pickup of course, i always love their burgersand fries. delivery isn't always consistent though. sometimes items are forgotten or topping are wrong, but with Fast food its tobe expected
