As described, their bagel sandwiches are steamed, not toasted, and they're amazing! I'm used to toasted ones so I was hesitant, but they made me a dedicated fan. The Belmont is my favorite, sloppy and delicious. Cheech's is my backup go-to. I love the mix of filling and toppings, the chewy dense bagels, and truly unique flavors. This place is a Chicago fixture, don't miss out!

Bagel was pretty rubbery, like maybe a microwave was used rather than it being toasted. I love cream cheese but there was SO much that I ended up taking some off - there was enough to put on another half of a bagel.

Arrived wet/soggy and VERY greasy. Bagel didn't seem toasted and the amount of cream cheese was THICK compared to the rest. I would not order again. I know it was made that day but it did not seem fresh.

CBA have been my favorite bagels in the city for a very long time but when my pack of bagels today showed up with the everything bagels in their own bag within the bag... my heart exploded. What a thoughtful detail to keep the other bagels everything free. Love you guys!!

literally no shmear on the Lox Cream Cheese Bagel . the lightest dusting. probably less than a tablespoon
