Love this store on Cahaba Valley Road it's the best! Food's always hot (breakfast our favorite). Everything is perfectly cooked unlike the store on john hawkins pkwy they burn the chicken & send burned chicken (overcooked) with undercooked fries. They need lessons from this store or by someone? I try to always use this restaurant. Thank you Chick Fil A for perfect breakfast

This location is usually on point. On this date, a purchased a Large Fry and they were all crumbs. Request 3 barbeque sauces and only received 1. There was no straw(maybe the driver forget it), but was not in the bag. The strips were still good and so was the lemonade.

My food was great as always! The new Seasonal Frosted Watermelon Mint Lemonade tastes like the old pink antibiotic kept in the fridge from the 70's! I was given that when I was little! Tastes like medicine. Don't order it. Must be the mint & watermelon combo?

I'm a really big CFILA Stan but today....this just seemed really bad and off. My nuggets are super light skin and had no crunch to them. They are actually undercooked after eating one and the fries aren't fully cooked either and have not even the slightest good tint to them. This really and truly breaks my heart.
