The English muffin was burned to a crisp. I ate only the small chicken piece. I have never had an order from Chick-fil-A that was so disgusting. I'm from North Carolina visiting with family for Thanksgiving.

First off my biscuit was a little over cooked, second this is the littlest chicken patty I've ever received third I requested jam for my biscuit and did not receive it either in the bag now I'm eating a over cooked small patty dry biscuit

I don't know a person who's ever had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A I can always count on excellent service great quality and friendly staff

Terrible!!! They messed our initial order up. Did not give me the sauces I ordered. Fries were soggy and old. We didn't get any of our milk shakes. Soo we complained to have our milkshakes redelivered. I'm pretty sure they gave us the milk shakes that were made and forgotten the FIRST TIME we ordered our food. It was completely melted and tasted like milk with a couple cookie crumbs. Fries were just as soggy the 2nd time and half full (we didnt want the food just the shakes with our complaint) Do not recommend. Worst Chick Fil A I've ever ate at. If they mess your order up just get your money back because I guarantee it won't be no better the second time around.
