Chick-fil-A never misses but this time it did. The kale salad was soaked in dressing and there was hardly any kale in the container. The chicken tasted like it had been in the box all day. At least they always get my order right, sauces included!

This was the worse Chic fil A I have ever seen. We ordered 30 nuggets and got 24. And some of them were burnt pieces of batter that came from the bottom of the basket. The waffle fries were scraps not whole waffle fries and they didnt send any chick fil a sauce. So it was dry and unflavorful. Restaurants cost a lot of money and they should really try to do better. Sure, mistakes happen but this was shady and negligent.

Received everything ordered, which seems to be a rarity sometimes! Fries weren't the best, but overall the food was great. My daughter had the peppermint shake which she thought was delicious. Prices are high, but Chick-fil-A has always charged more. Higher quality fast food (recognizable chicken) is worth it, but the shake is over $6! (Had a coupon) That's a little out of control.

Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® we're excellent but the Chick-fil-A® Nuggets and Grilled Nuggets were both overcooked making them hard and chewy. Waste of money!!
