• 17/11/24I had my first bad experience with Chick-fil-A today, partly their fault and partly my dasher's fault. There was a hole in my Styrofoam cup, so a puddle of Coke appeared on my table and floor when I took the cup out of the cardboard caddy. It's probably the driver's fault since I can't imagine a restaurant employee putting a leaking cup into a caddy. Next, my waffle fries were extremely salty, plus there were many little pieces that were too small to dip. I tried their nuggets for the first time today, and they were tiny, more like "popcorn" than "nuggets." The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was the banana pudding shake, which was fantastic.

• 23/07/25Excellent chicken sandwich hot fresh n tasty definitely the best chicken sandwich out there no question good side salad too. Freshly made and this is a real value too.

• 5/03/25I once wrote a review about a bad experience here, but most of the time, I've had good meals. My go-to is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Meal with pepperjack cheese. It's tasty, and the lettuce and tomato are always fresh. I really love their macaroni and cheese, too.

• 28/02/26I love CFA, forever a fan. But there is one thing that disappoints no matter what store I go to or even what store I'm in and that's the fruit cup. Everything is great but the apples are always bad. They don't look bad but they always taste fermented :(

• 2/07/26I ordered a total of 11 milkshakes and there was no whip cream or cherries and they were all small sizes not medium. They do not look like the picture. I was charged full price for kid size milkshakes. They were not labeled nor filled to the top. They were also very melted when i got them. I feel like i was cheated and decieved by your price and by the item.
