I ordered the new Jalapeño Ranch Club Sandwich w/ Chick-fil-A® Filet Meal the sandwich was so dry. There was 1 small slice of tomato and 2 small pieces of jalapeno, no sauce on the bun at all. The chicken was a very small piece didn't even cover the bottom of the bun. Very disappointed!!

Yogurt parfait was disappointing, 3 total blueberries and four strawberry slices. Not worth it at all.

The chicken salad chicken was not done. It was pink! This was the first time I have ordered a salad and am definitely not ordering one again.

I have had this happen on numerous occasions. Where I ordered a large drink with no ice. And the drink get delivered and they have been an inch off of the fill line in the cup. So I got a medium cups worth of a drink when I paid for a large.

Waffle fries were overcooked. Frosted lemonade was not made correctly. And there is no safety seal on the cup.
