As usual Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich and Southwest Veggie Wrap were spot on! Other fast food stores should send their employees to your store to show them what pride in your product and work is about! Thank you for your dedication to customer satisfaction!

The salad was wilted and looked like they just used what they had left.
The fries were cold and only seemed as though several were missing. The box was less than half full.

Food was good. The brownie was dry, hard and the top was broken off. Basically half a Brownie. I still ate it.

I religiously order gallons of tea from this location however, the last few times I have gotten tea that was going sour, barely sweetened, or both. I'm not sure if they changed how they make their tea or who is making it but I will be sad if I have to get my tea from somewhere else.

I called Chick-Fil- A to make a small change to my Market Salad (sub out the blue cheese for shredded cheese) and what the staff member I spoke to didn't know, is that I'm currently grieving. I lost someone recently and have been having a hard time. Alyssa spoke to me with kindness. It was such a simple conversation that she wouldn't know meant a lot. My order arrived and in my bag was a note from Alyssa and an added cookie. A gesture so small that she'd have no idea how big of an impact it made for me today. Thank you Alyssa for being a light for me on a really dark day.
