I’m likely one of your very first customers each day around 6:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and I wanted to start by saying how much I appreciate the consistency and care your team shows every morning.
I did want to share one small concern. While my food is always sealed with care, the drinks are not, which creates a potential safety risk—particularly if a delivery driver or third party were ever able to access or alter a drink. This could affect not only me, but other customers as well.
I believe adding a simple tamper-evident seal or tape to drinks, similar to what’s used for the food packaging, would go a long way in reinforcing customer safety and trust.

The salad was good, but was wishing there were a couple more tomatoes. There were three little ones. It's a pretty big salad to have only three.
