Always fresh and the cold stuff is always cold and the hot food is always hot. This is my go to when I need something amazing. Definitely recommend and order again. The mac and cheese is so good and I love the Pretzel Cheddar Club Sandwich w/ Chick-fil-A® Filet Meal together. The portions are always enough for another meal/snack. Let me start off by saying that Chick-fil-A is the absolute only fastfood restaurant that I will even eat at. For some strange reason, the past I wanna say 2-3 times that I have door dashed it, the fries have been heavily salted. To the point of not being able to eat them. I chopped it up to, every restaurant has bad days but when not only were the fries soggy, but overwhelmingly salted which made them not edible. The worst part was my sandwich. I'm not sure what could be causing the difference, but my sandwich was heavily salted. I've NEVER had a problem with the sandwiches. I will NEVER stop getting food from you guys!! I feel horrible leaving this review. I just wanted you guys to be able to know somehow and have the opportunity to maybe fix whatever issues that may or may not be going on. I do not in any way want this to be a bad review, rather just feedback on something that can be addressed and worked on rather.

these nuggets are super dried up and hard, and are extremely small.
This nugget is smaller than my finger nail.

frosted lemonade was a bit melted but tasted good and the fries were stale as if they were not fresh. Soggy and stale. I got way less fries than I should for a large.

The food was terrible this order. The bread on the chicken minis was so hard that I could crumble it in my hands. The hash browns tasted old and soggy. It was clear that the breakfast was not made fresh. This is very unlike Chick-fil-A. Normally there food is very fresh when ordered thru Door Dash. I was very disappointed.
