I normally don't have issues with CFA but today was an exception. My drink was missing, the fry cartons were half full, there was a ton of salt on the fries, and the chicken sandwich was so dry it was like trying to eat cardboard. It had no flavor at all. I ended up eating a few of the fries and threw the rest of the order away.

The hashbrowns scramble bowl was pathetic. It was the same price as the burrito we ordered, which was delicious btw, but it didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. First disappointing thing I've ever received from chick fil a. If your hungry don't get the bowl lol

I ordered a grilled chicken egg biscuit an the egg is so paper thin it i same size as the cheese the chicken is the same size as a regular chicken nugget from McDonald's this is really sad what a scam if your going to cut product by 50% why did you raise prices by 30%?? you should have lowered prices. shame on you chicfila

2 of the fries were only half full (and the dasher didn't eat them - the bag was taped); we were missing Polynesian sauce, straws, and napkins. The drinks were ordered with light ice, but half of the cups were just ice. Way too expensive (especially through DD to have this many quality issues).

The Chicken, Egg, & Cheese Muffin Meal is burnt and chicken is small..it's dry and they didnt give me my Polynesian sauce with either meal
