Hello, I’d like to request a refund because the quality of my order was very disappointing. The food did not seem fresh. The biscuits were extremely dry, the lettuce was wilted and not crisp, and the overall flavor of the meal was unpleasant. I wasn’t able to enjoy the food because it did not meet the expected quality.

would not recommend substituting :/ got like a fourth of the normal amount of chicken i usually get (picture not showing it but the strips are Very small).

Amazing food as always! I’ve started to really enjoy ordering online compared to going in, there’s so many options that i didn’t know were available,I got a chicken sandwich deluxe with pepper jack cheese and a Hi-C drink! I know it might not sound like much to others but I thought it was nice to have more options than I expected

I ordered bacon and was served chicken nuggets. I do not like chicken nuggets. I like the bacon burrito breakfast burrito. And I double checked to be sure that's what I ordered this morning. I'm so disappointed.

The nuggets were fine, the sweet tea was fine, but both orders of waffle fries were wayyyyyyy too salty. And ive never not eaten my waffle fries from Chick-fil-A!!! Please let the customer salt their own food instead of the restaurant doing it. Thanks
