I’m disappointed with my recent Chick-fil-A order placed through DoorDash. Unfortunately, the order arrived cold, and the 30-count nuggets I paid for was incorrect.
Instead of receiving 30 nuggets, there were only 24 in the box. To make matters worse, about six of those pieces were mostly batter with very little chicken, so there wasn’t enough food for my kids and me as planned. I ended up eating only a few nuggets and then had to find something else to eat because there wasn’t enough chicken for everyone.
The nugget box was also noticeably crushed and beat up when it arrived, which only added to the poor experience.
Our family usually prefers to drive to Chick-fil-A because the food is consistently fresh and the orders are accurate. The only reason I used DoorDash this time was because of our kids’ schedule. Looking back, I really wish I had just driven there myself—I would have spent less money and likely received the correct order.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but receiving fewer nuggets than ordered, combined with the poor quality and cold food, was very disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could make this right.

The bowl of Chicken Tortilla Soup was half full. Terrible portion size for $10. Terrible customer service.

this cobb salad was way below quality compared the other chick filas. It was only half full and they gave me granola instead of the dried onion/tomatoes

The Chicken Noodle Soup is always my go to item. I would recommend it to everyone.
The Mac & Cheese is good also.
The Berry Parfait is a good dessert to have.
The 1/2 Sweet Tea 1/2 Unsweet Tea is good as well.

The parfait had 3 pieces of fruit. It was good, but that was unacceptable especially for chic fil a!
