My drink was not sealed in any way to prevent tampering, which is a serious safety concern. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable consuming the beverage. It was also an upcharge item (hibiscus tea), which makes the situation even more disappointing.

The food was overcooked and hard. The taste was nasty. Not a chick-if-A norm. The sandwiches were just thrown together.

Thank You Chick-fil-a! They were out of the cheese sauce I ordered so they compensated me with an extra fry! AND left a note! My order was correct and sealed. Thank You!
