• 30/09/25This is my first order from Chicken Salad Chick. This is what $13 gets you, 4oz scoop of chicken salad, 7 grapes, 1 mushy strawberry, and a slice of limp pickle. I am very disappointed and won't order or go in person again. Pitiful.

• 25/07/23Uhh 10/10 I don't usually leave reviews or ever really had a reason . This wasn't just my best door dash experience but the sandwich and presentation it was soo good. I had Olivia old south on croissant ! I haven't had a fire sandwich since being back home in New Orleans! Everything was great the utensils in my order, the cute cookie with my order ! I will definitely be ordering again.

• 14/11/24Poorly constructed, no extra tomatoes or lettuce. Bacon was 1 strip and soggy. So disappointed as this was not cheap. Threw the entire thing away.

• 2/04/26white chocolate cake was delicious and a great sized piece too. chicken salad was yummy and the broccoli salad was fresh. would order again :)

• 17/09/25This was my first time ordering and I don't really eat chicken salad, but I love pimento cheese. Got the pimento cheese sandwich. I don't like wheat bread so I got white bread. Worst white bread I've ever had. I just ate the pimento cheese with crackers. Also got a half cup of the soup that had one small piece of chicken in it, and the rest of it basically was juice. I don't understand the hype of this place. This is probably the worst thing I've ever gotten from DoorDash.
