Called to ask for cheese curds instead of a side of Natural-Cut Fries I had ordered, since they are not currenty on the app, they were very kind and i got my cheese curds! Rest of the food was great though fries I did receive were a bit soggy

I ordered two Grilled Chicken Sandwich w/ Fries with cheese only. I paid $26 bucks for just those.. The came fully dressed and the buns were sopping wet from the juice of the veggies and the lettuce had seen better days, probably a while back.

Great Vortex® as always but the Onion Rings were a joke for the price. 5.25 for 5 onions Rings, really?

I have been ordering these Vortex® for a year and they were amazing. I had even stopped ordering DQ. I loved the chunks of brownies. The last 3 times i bought these, they have had absolutely no chunks of brownies. Not even the smallest bits. The fudge seems be pretty absent too. I'm getting nothing more than a milkshake which is not what I ordered. This has been a problem when i order to go or doordash. I won't be ordering again unless the issue is resolved.

We didn't get our shake or vortex, they didn't put the pickles on the fish and put mayo on the chicken when they weren't supposed to. Fish, onion rings , and chicken were over cooked and fries where cold.
