My food was genuinely just really bad and normally theres no issues. I got napkins and fork was taped to the lid. The chicken wasnt cut up well at all and the rice and cheese has chunks. Everything was proportioned poorly and just didnt taste as good as normal.

We did not receive chips or a drink apple juice with the kids meal. There is hardly any cheese on the quesadilla.
The burritos are smaller than I have ever seen. And we have entire basil or seasoning leafs that were never chopped up.
Disappointed. All of it

My bowl I got tonight was made wrong all I wanted steak and I wanted extra steak, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and my bowl some of the steak was burned the portion amount was very small the freshness of the food not good it all looked like it has been sitting for a while. I like chipotle but after this I don't want to order from them again.

guacamole (brown) was not usual quality and the bowls were lacking protein. the protein that was present was cold and hard.

Quality has gone downhill. I got the veggie burrito bowl, and the guacamole was browning, the grilled peppers were cut super thick and had a weird texture, and it wasn't warm. This was their second chance after last time being gross and now I'm calling it.
