Everything was cold, but oddly still good. Except the Large Chips. These were some of the worst chips I've ever had. Cold, rubbery and not cooked all the way. You're better off with a bag of chips from the store. Doesn't help when the Large Side of Guacamole is like 4oz and still $6 🙄

Burrito Bowl ok; has good flavor but was drowned in sour cream and salsa with very little rice and the chicken was overcooked and black; thought it was beef at first. Hardly no queso. Had to scoop most of the toppings to the side to get what little rice and chicken I could. This was my very first time trying this restaurant. Not certain I will try again due to this experience. Will give it a "Like" due to flavor.

Under cooked, crunchy rice with only a few pieces of chicken in my burrito bowl. The flavors were okay but wasn't anticipating how off-putting the rice would be. I haven't tried their food in about 2 yrs because Chipotle was having cleanliness issues, thought I'd give it another go. I won't be back.

smallest bag of chips from any chipotle I've been to from here to Arizona. food tasted decent. only 1 burnt chip

Ordered three steak tacos and counted literally four chunks of steak per taco and barely any cheese or lettuce, which were the only other things I added to the tacos. It was almost laughable. Then received a bag of chips with our guac that looked half full and were so stale they were chewy. Started this order debating between Taco Bell and Chipotle and now feel certain Taco Bell would have been a better experience.
