Hi, I’d like to make a complaint about my most recent order. Unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience I’ve had with Chipotle.
The rice was clearly not fresh and tasted old. I also ordered double chicken, but I received an extremely small amount of chicken — I counted approximately 10 pieces total, which was even less than what I would normally expect from a regular portion.
Most of the bowl was essentially covered in salsa, which made it feel like the salsa was being used to cover up the taste of the stale rice. The overall quality and portion were very disappointing, especially considering that I paid for double chicken.
I’ve ordered from Chipotle many times before, but this order was completely unacceptable. I would appreciate a refund or an appropriate resolution for this order.

The moment I opened the bowl, I was shocked—this portion from Chipotle is way too small! When I ordered in GA and NY, the same bowl was literally twice this size. Here the meat was almost impossible to find.

The employee who made my burrito gave me a portion size that reminded me of what Chipotle was like 10 years ago. This is what a double portion should be.

The food taste really good. The veggies are fresh and sumptuous. I recommend the chips be less oily and more crispy.

My bowl did not have enough of anything including rice and chicken! Every other time I had my bowl packed or bigger
